Ballistic Characteristics on Oblique Penetrating Multi-Layer Aluminium Targets by Annular Groove Projectile

چکیده
With the development of complex terminal effects, semi penetration effect annular groove projectiles on multi-layer targets has obtained increasing attention. In this paper, based theory cavity expansion, a comparative analysis model is established for oblique projectile and ogive-nosed into targets. The FEM software LS-DYNA used to simulate calculate time history curves velocity, axis deviation angle, angular velocity. addition, micro rheological behavior target material in during was studied. results show that radial offset less than pointed projectile, larger landing greater offset. resistance decreases with increase layers target, while DOP lateral increase. This can provide analytical basis related applications.
